A deposit of 25%, minimum £100 for the Ground Floor and £150 for the First Floor is payable at the time of reservation and is non-refundable (cheques should be made payable to S.M. Rudkin). The rental balance (cheque payable to S.M. Rudkin) together with a Security Deposit (£100 Ground Floor, £150 First Floor - cheque made payable to M.J. Rudkin) are due eight weeks prior to departure.

These prices are quoted at a weekly rate (changeovers on Saturdays) and are fully inclusive of all services (linen hire available on request).
